报告摘要：In this talk, we present the necessary and sufficient condition for the monotonicity of the quotient of power series. As applications, we establish several Landen inequalities for the zero-balanced hypergeometric functions, prove that the Gautschi inequality holds for the parameter 0<p<1 and improve the rational bounds for the classical gamma function.
