报告题目: Tait-Tobin's method in extremal spectral graph theory

报告摘要：Recently, Tait and Tobin (JCTB, 2017, in press) obtained some breakthrough on extremal spectral graph theory. In particular, they determined the extremal graph which attains the maximum value among planar graphs and out-planar graphs on n vertices, respectively, where n is assumed to be sufficiently large. In this talk, we will introduce their method and give some remarks on the study related to this work.

报告人简介:
宁博，男，1984年生，河南洛阳人。2015年获西北工业大学理学博士学位，同年进入天津大学应用数学中心任讲师。主要在图的拉姆齐理论、结构图论、极值图论、图谱理论和组合序列单峰性等领域开展工作。在EUJC、EJC、DM、GC、LAA、LMA等专业期刊上发表和接受论文29篇，已被SCI检索22篇，MR收录25篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，完成西北工业大学博士论文创新基金1项。曾获2013年国家奖学金、2014年陕西省首届研究生创新成果二等奖。相关研究工作被Füredi、Kostochka、Nikiforov和Ryáček等图论名家关注和实质引用。
