报告摘要：在研究报告中，我们将通过理论建模、实验仿真讨论一些舆论/群体偏好演化问题：(1)舆论形成共识、极化或分裂的网络结构是什么? 如何以最小干预去改变网络结构，使舆论演化为共识？（2）舆论演化中的“不确定性”如何影响舆论的稳定结构？（3）在线上、线下社会网络中，不同的信息传播速度，对舆论形成会产生什么影响？

报告摘要：在线旅游推荐系统需要考虑到群体行为的偏好，核心问题在于解决群体之间的异质性、群体如何达成共识。本研究通过群体之间的信任传递方法，建构群体之间的社会网络来分析其信任关系，用于达成群体共识。涉及个体推荐问题的描述、群体推荐问题的描述、社会网络信任的建模、基于信任的群体推荐共识以及未来研究的展望以及个人科研心得的分享。

报告题目：A method for improving multiplicative consistency of fuzzy reciprocal preference relations

报告摘要：In this paper, we investigate the multiplicative consistency of fuzzy reciprocal preference relations. Firstly, we propose an inconsistency identification and modification (IM) method, which is based on the multiplicative consistency property and allows us to improve the consistency of fuzzy reciprocal preference relations. When a fuzzy reciprocal preference relation is incomplete, we apply the IM method by introducing and solving a constrained nonlinear optimization model to estimate the missing values. Therefore, the proposed IM method can be used to deal with the inconsistency problem for both complete fuzzy reciprocal preference relations and incomplete ones. Finally, some numerical examples are illustrated. In addition, a discussion and a comparison with other similar methods are provided to show the correctness, effectiveness, and robustness of the proposed methods. Compared with the existing methods, our methods not only need less iterations, but also achieve better consistency meanwhile preserving the original preference information as much as possible.

报告人简介：
董玉成，四川大学商学院教授、博士生导师。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划，博士学位论文获全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖。担任INFFUS、ASOC、FODM等多个SCI期刊编委/副主编/客座编辑。主要从事决策分析领域研究工作，包括：群体共识过程、语言决策、群体动力学、策略行为与操纵、社会系统仿真等。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项。在Decision Support Systems、European Journal of Operational Research、IEEE Transactions on Big Data、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man,and Cybernetics、Omega等发表学术论文100余篇，其中SCI收录62篇、SSCI收录28篇。被SCI/SSCI他引1200余次。共计10篇论文入选基本学科指标ESI高被引论文，3篇论文入选基本学科指标ESI热点论文。
吴坚，浙江师范大学经济与管理学院教授，福建省闽江学者讲座教授，浙江省之江青年学者。研究方向：群决策和社会网络分析等。担任SCI检索国际期刊《Computers & Industrial Engineering》、《Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems》、《Applied Soft Computing》等编辑/客座编辑，是模糊系统旗舰学术会议FUZZ-IEEE 2014 程序委员会委员。主持国家自然科学基金2项，省部级项目5项。在《 IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》和《Group Decision and Negotiation》等国内外重要期刊上发表和录用论文50余篇，其中被SCI/SSCI检索 30余篇，8篇论文入选 “ESI”高引论文数据库, 其中3篇为ESI热点论文（1‰），各类引用1000余次。
许叶军，河海大学青年教授，博士生导师。入选2016年江苏高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人。主要从事信息管理，决策理论与方法，最优化等方向的本科和研究生教学和科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金2项。在Fuzzy Sets and Systems, International Journal of Approximate Reasoning, Knowledge-Based Systems等期刊上发表学术论文八十多篇。
