报告人简介：
Tairq Ezaz博士， 2002年于英国斯特灵大学水产研究所获博士学位； 2002 - 2003年在该研究 所从事博士后工作，主要研究大西洋鲑脂类代谢相关的特征基因； 2004 - 2008年在堪培拉国立大学从事第二次博士后工作； 2009年起就职于堪培拉大学应用生态学研究所（副教授），目前主要从事爬行动物比较基因组学、分子遗传学与性别决定机制的研究，2012年荣获“the Australian Research Council Future Fellowship”成就奖。近年来在 Science, Nature, Current Biology及Molecular Biology and Evolution 等国际著名期刊发表多篇论文:
(1) Relationships between vertebrate ZW and XY sex chromosome systems. 2006, Current Biology.
(2) Temperature sex reversal implies sex gene dosage in a reptile. 2007, Science.
(3) Sex reversal triggers the rapid transition from genetic to temperature-dependent sex. 2015, Nature.
(4) Restriction site-associated DNA sequencing (RAD-seq) reveals an extraordinary number of transitions among gecko sex-determining systems. 2015, Molecular Biology and Evolution.
