报告提要：
The progress on the research and application of water mist technology, following the requirement in 2003 to limit (or ban) the use of Halon, in fire suppression has progressed in leaps and bounds over the last decade or so. This presentation, presents a review of recent water mist developments and applications, both in terms of hardware and software, that has allowed the subject area to progress. Finally, a number of applications will be presented where the technology faces challenges that need to be overcome.
