报告人简介：
夏元清 北京理工大学自动化学院教授。曾在Springer、 Wiley 和CRC出版社出版英文专著8部，在Automatica、IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control、IEEE Transactions on Systems, man and Cybernetic、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics 等系列IEEE 汇刊、Systems and Control Letters、International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control、International Journal of Control等权威期刊上发表论文100多篇，2014年入选科技部中青年科技创新领军人才计划，曾获国家杰出青年科学基金、国家科技进步二等奖1项(排名第二）、北京市科学技术二等奖1项（排名第一）、教育部自然科学二等奖（排名第一）
